Most of my work is made to measure. Instead of a standard price list, here is a selection of typical conversations. Prices in them are indicative. A concrete quote follows from the scope, the preparation and the length of our collaboration. Open whichever feels close to yours.

Hello, we would need a methodological handbook for our trainers. Would you write it for us?
Yes, let’s talk. I enjoy writing handbooks and I have a system for them.
First I will ask a lot of questions: who will work with the handbook, in what situation they will open it, and what should change in their practice. So I don’t write a handbook nobody ever opens.
this is what I need to know
It usually includes theory, activities, tools, worksheets and tips for handling unexpected situations. I cover the whole package: research, interviews with people from the field, designing and testing the activities, the text and the graphic design. I can add presentations or communication materials, everything is up to agreement.

This is where I usually slow down.
A one-off 90 minutes cannot make much of an impact. At best it opens the topic and sparks a little curiosity. The result then does not match the investment, yours or mine. I would rather save my capacity for full-day events with a bigger impact.

When the workshop is part of a larger event with well-thought-out dramaturgy. Or when I don’t have to travel. Or when we agree on the full-day rate, since the preparation and travel are the same as for a whole day.

One thing above all: what should your people be able to do the next morning when they sit down to work. The design of the day, the activities and the materials all follow from that.
Tailor-made preparation, materials and a follow-up are part of the training day. Without them, even a good workshop evaporates within a few weeks.

We are looking for a talk about AI in general for our conference. Would you take it?
Yes, with one condition.
“AI in general” means three completely different talks for a teacher, a public official and a salesperson. I need to know who will be in the room and what question they should take home an answer to.

We are looking for a trainer for a week-long international Erasmus+ course. Would you go for it?
Yes, I love week-long courses.
Participants have a week to try things out, make mistakes and come back to them. That is where I see the value.
A group needs alternating energy and a dramaturgy that one person cannot carry for a whole week. I either join your team, or deliver the whole course in tandem with a second trainer.

We have a two-day strategic meeting for our KA2 project ahead and need someone to guide us through it. Would you facilitate it?
Yes, of course.
First, though, we will clarify the goal. Facilitation stands and falls on me knowing where the group should get in those two days. With the context in hand, I will guide you to a result you can keep working with.
What I will need: the grant application or a summary of the project goal, the goal of the meeting, the scope of my role, and a short call before we agree.

We are a small non-profit doing good work. Could you do it for free?
I am rooting for you; most of my work is for non-profits.
That is why I have a solidarity rate, not a zero one. Tailor-made preparation takes the same time no matter who pays for it. If I cut corners on it, your participants would pay the price.

A solidarity rate and a smaller, precisely aimed format. That often helps more than a big day for free.
I want to grow in training and learning design. Do you offer mentoring?
Yes, gladly. Individually or in a group.
At the start we name where you want to move, I prepare everything tailored to you, and we go through situations from your practice.
Besides expertise, my price includes careful preparation beforehand and materials you keep working with afterwards.
What it looks like in practice: I wrote up eight months of mentoring the workshop team at Zvol si info as a case study, including what actually changed in the team.
