Two degrees at Masaryk University and a series of courses beyond it. I mapped the whole journey on my blog as I went, from choosing the programme to the trainings where I keep learning today.

My training practice does not stand on university alone. I have been through a series of courses: from the first foundations of lesson design to a methodology programme where I now work as a junior trainer.
A training-style course in leading discussions and group processes.
Visual techniques for turning ideas into pictures and structuring information clearly.
Hands-on design of educational escape games focused on artificial intelligence and critical thinking.
A year-long methodology programme: three residential sessions with assignments in between, so I could try the theory on my own courses right away. It moved me the furthest in the overall quality of learning design. Today I work in the programme as a junior trainer.
Practical use of AI tools in youth work and education.
The turning point of my career: from intuition to solid methodology. I learned to build a learning activity, define its goals and choose methods to match. In 2022 I came back as a junior helper with logistics for the follow-up course On the Way to Quality, so I saw the lessons from both sides.
Mindfulness and digital wellbeing: not just unplugging from technology, but reconnecting with yourself. It feeds into my trainings for schools and companies.
Foundations of game design in education: we played existing games and looked for the learning mechanics inside them.
A course in nonviolent communication that changed how I see conflict: not as a threat, but as a chance to understand. I draw on its lessons about feedback and empathy every day, in corporate e-learning and teacher training alike.

I made the most of my bachelor’s studies: two internships in the field, an Erasmus+ semester in Freiburg, research projects and several student organisations. Political marketing and election studies grabbed me the most. To this day, every election is a holiday I spend in front of the TV with a laptop on my lap.
Media literacy
With fellow students we created an escape game that teaches primary and secondary school pupils to recognise fake news. After its success in an international competition I talked about the project on DVTV.

During my studies I fell in love with the topic of propaganda and disinformation. Zvol si info, an organisation that teaches media literacy, is one I led as chairwoman for six years.
Audio production
Three months in the newsroom of Czech Radio Brno: transport, health and culture news, editorial routines and the basics of audio editing. I then submitted my bachelor’s thesis as a radio documentary for the station Radio Wave. A second internship took me to the PR agency Slash PR.
Abroad
Half a year in Freiburg gave me languages, independence and plenty of friendships. Back home I went through the whole Erasmus Student Network journey, from helping incoming students to leading the local section:
