A new generation of counselling: the Czech Labour Office

As part of a collaboration between the Digiskills learning platform and Microsoft, I designed the entire learning journey from the ground up. I created four interactive online courses for the public and one special course for counsellors themselves. I oversaw the methodology and production from the initial design all the way through to final delivery.

The training targets the general public, including people with lower digital literacy. It provides clear, practical know-how on navigating the job market using modern technology and artificial intelligence.

The impact showed up on a nationwide scale. Five free, low-time-commitment microcourses were created, which today are accessible to thousands of people looking for work across the Czech Republic. Over 500 employees of the Czech Labour Office also gained materials for the safe use of AI and modern counselling practice.

We didn’t stop at building e-learning, though. For around 28 of the office’s counsellors, I prepared and delivered a full-day workshop and wrote a detailed methodological handbook. Thanks to it, they now have clear support for guiding their clients through the job search in the digital environment, effectively and with confidence.
