2026 Trainer Practicum
Students deliver a 30-minute micro-teaching session, and through a reflective portfolio and a delayed colloquium we measure real behaviour change.
As course author and lecturer at Masaryk University, I guide students to move beyond the role of an ordinary presenter and develop a deliberate approach to learning design and facilitation.
During an intensive weekend block, students create and deliver their own 30-minute micro-teaching sessions. They get immediate feedback from an expert panel made up of the rest of the group.
The course’s impact doesn’t end with the weekend experience. Two weeks later, an online colloquium measures the real transfer of skills into practice. Participants submit a reflective portfolio and make a public social commitment, which helps them sustain their newly acquired trainer habits over the long term.
